Application

Procedure

  • Please fill out the Sponsorship Application Form and fax or email to the APACPH 2017 secretariat
    (Please attach the copy of business license).
  • After completing the payment, please send the receipt to the secretariat in order to confirm your payment. (Applicant bears all commission)
    • All transaction fees are born by the applicant.
    • All benefit will go into effect after receiving the application & first payment.
    • Please refer to the payment due date.
    • Participation after the deadline of application and payment, some benefits will be limited or reduced.
    • Full payment must be made by July 20, 2017
    • Deadline for application period of Sponsorship Application is June 30, 2017

Cancellation Policy

Sponsor which wants to cancel sponsorship must be provided in written.

  • June 30, 2017: 50% refund
  • July 1, 2017: non-refundable
