Presentation

All abstracts accepted for the Conference will be presented in oral or poster sessions. All presentations must be in English. Any author attending the Conference must be a registered participant.

All oral presentation speakers are requested to upload their presentation materials on the online system by August 14.
Any correction or update should be made via the online system by August 14.

<Rules and Regulation for Preparing your Matierials>

  • 1. The presentation should be in PDF file that is compatible with PowerPoint 2010 or Adobe Reader 11.
  • 2. For compatibility reasons, it is strongly recommended for the presenters to use common True Type fonts in their
        presentation. If you use any special or unique fonts, they may not appear correctly.
  • 3. Please make sure that the laptops in the session rooms are NOT equipped to accommodate audio sound.
  • 4. Each uploaded file should NOT exceed 50MB.

  • * All presenters may check and preview their submitted presentation in the Speaker Ready Room during the conference
       dates. No on-site update with personal flash drive is accepted.
  • * Every presenter shall use PCs that are set on Windows and installed at each session room.
  • * Apple’s Mac and/or any machines running on the other type of OS are NOT ALLOWED.
Presentation
  • * You are expected to notify the chairperson of the session about your presence just before the session starts. There will
        be no rearrangement of papers during the oral session to accommodate absences or cancellations, and the time you
        have been assigned during the oral session remains fixed.
  • * Each contributed oral presentation shall last for 7 minutes. You shall arrange your talk within 5 minutes, leaving 2
        minutes available to answer questions.
  • * The session rooms are equipped with a projector, laptop, microphones, laser pointer, and screen.

Poster Presentation

All poster sessions will take place on 17:30~ 18:30, August 18.

* Each poster board measures 95cm (width) × 228cm (height).
* You must include your assigned Abstract Code in your poster presentation.

Poster presenters are expected to arrange their material before the session starts. They should also be available during the poster session to answer questions and discuss their papers with the attendees. They may be allowed to bring pre-prints for handouts. There are no parallel oral sessions during the poster sessions.

If you have more than one poster, and they are not side by side, you need to spread your time over all poster presentations. Please add a note on the poster board as to what time you will be present and inform the session chairperson(s).

It is NOT acceptable to merely post a copy of your paper. Such papers will be marked as a “no-show” presentation.
Please note that APACPH2017 accepts no responsibility for any material that may be left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.

Poster presenters must setup or tear down their poster presentation as follows.
Please remind that the poster that has not been tore down during the tear-down time will be discarded without notice.
