Abstract Submission

APACPH 2017 committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentation. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the committee and assigned to appropriate oral or poster session. The submitter who is supposed to present the abstract(s) will be notified of abstract acceptance by e-mail.

Important Dates

  • Abstract Submission Due : April 28, 2017
  • Notification of Acceptance : May 31, 2017
  • Presenter Registration Due : June 30, 2017

Abstract Format

  • Abstract(s) should be submitted in English.
  • The abstract structure should be as follows
    : Abstract should be structured into the following headings: Objective, Method, Result, Conclusion.
    : Abstract should not exceed 500 words.
  • Figure is not allowed.

Notice

  • Abstract(s) will be submitted by the person who is supposed to present the abstract(s) at on-site.
  • Up to 2 abstracts could be submitted.
  • If you submitted 2 abstracts, there will be 3 ways to present 2 abstracts after reviewing process.
    : 1 Oral AND 1 Poster
    : 2 Oral AND 0 Poster
    : 0 Oral AND 2 Poster

Step 1 - Sign up or log-in for the submission.
- Download the abstract template and fill out 1 page in English.
Step 2 - Click on the ‘Abstract Submission’ button.
- Fill out the ‘Abstract information’ in English.
※ The submitter should be the same person who presents the abstract(s) at on-site.
Step 3 - Add the abstract file and click on the ‘Complete’ button.
- The confirmation letter will be automatically sent via e-mail. If you do not receive e-mail,
  please check the submission result at the ‘Mypage’.
Step 4 - Review and modify submitted abstracts at the ‘Mypage’ by abstract submission due date.
